Great gray coverage !I love how this really covered my gray hair. I don’t see any gray anywhere especially by my hair line. My hair feels soft and has a great shine. Though I think this color might be a little too dark for me ( looks almost black ) I will see how it is after a week. Then I will have to re-configure my color. LoveI love the product. It did come out a little bit darker then I thought it was going to be but I love it. I think I may have to wash it 2ce because it feels a little greasy/ sticky but I don't believe it's the product. I think it's just me 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Hair feels horribleI really do not like how my hair feels after using the product. I issued the shampoo and conditioner supplied and it just feels awful. It almost feels like damaged hair and it dried dry and like their is product still on it. I have used home dyes before so know how to completely remove all trace of dye. The colour is a little brassy at the roots which has also disappointed me as especially mentioned that I needed to avoid that so deliberately chose an Ash colour. I will not use this again, so unhappy I think it will take ages for my hair to feel good again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

No where near my desired colorI was so excited to see a site that customizes my own hair dye...but when I colored my hair it came out so much darker than what I had wanted. I think a boxed hair dye would've done a better job and definitely would've been cheaper! 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I like the colorthe color is good maybe a little dark the problem is the color reminds me of a a stain color we put on the greasy stuff to protect the skin but it still stained it .could not get it off for days i had it done at a salon so i licensed hair dresser did the work Annette 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Same colorI wanted a lighter color than I had, but when I finished, it was literally the same color as my hair, and I followed the color/step by step set-up. No one has EVER made my color so perfectAbsolutely love it! I always go for a light reddish brown, and it always ends up brassy or with a fake red hue. Even professionals can’t get it right. They’ve tried to balance my color with ashy colors and it ends up muddy looking or green. This color is exactly what I have always been looking for. Light brown, with a subtle, natural looking reddish tint, without being brassy. I’m stunned. My first reaction was “How is this possible?!” It’s beyond perfect.
