I love that the color is exactly what I wanted. It is great that I can get the color tweaked to better meet my needs with a simple email at any time.

I chose the color I thought would work best for me. I sent a picture of myself, and my colorist recommend something different. I went with her decision and it was perfect!

Love this customized color. So easy to use! Love the convenience of receiving everything needed. They thought of everything, the instructions are easy to follow, and the personal follow up is awesome. My colorist was quick to make a small adjustment for me after my first application. I get so many compliments on my hair color and it lasts longer than the color I was getting from the store. I was mixing 3 store bought colors and it didnt always come out the same so I was paying more to color on my own with alot more trouble. I definitely recommend ESALON to everyone!

I really liked my personalized color,l liked the fact that the two bottles had different formulas one for the roots and the other for the rest of my hair so it looks even.

Just as they claimed, covered gray better than product from store. Easy to follow directions. They advised me to go a shade lighter than I ordered and the color was exactly what I wanted, very natural and great gray coverage.

This is the best hair coloring kit I have ever used! The color was perfectly matched to my hair. covers gray and very gentle on my hair. I highly recommend this product.
