Fantastic coverage, no staining like shop brands, covers greys fantastically. I won't be getting my hair colour from anyone else. 100% recommend!

I asked to have my color a shade darker .. it turned out so well!! I had tried another brand of salon color at home .. it smelled great , my hair felt terrific but within a week my gray roots were right back .. every one of them ..it looked like I hadn't touched them .. that company wanted pictures and a narrative of what directions I followed .. lIke I was an idiot .. . I took my PhD and scurried back to Esalon .. now I'm happy again !

I cannot say enough great things about your color. The match you created without seeing my hair is amazing. My hair feels wonderful, and the color lasts longer than any at home color I have ever used. The packaging was great- the instructions very clear and easy. I enjoy the follow ups, and the up dates you send me. I am very happy (can you tell?? lol)

Love the custom color and the service your company offers - not to mention the products! This is the only color that I've found (including those made for professionals) that covers my gray and stays in for a long time. Keep up the good work !

I love the color and the way it feels when coloring. Not heavy at all! Made my hair feel softer. Way less damaging than store bought hair colors.
