Everything was great....except the colour.I loved everything about it and was so excited to give it a try....but it's so dark and there seems to be little to no red in it at all. A bit dissapointed but the customer service live chat was amazing and fixed the issue in a few minutes. I loved that there was enough dye for my long hair, packaging was nice and modern, loved that it could all be done online and the personalised service itself, I will definitely be ordering again due to this. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color, easy to useLoved the color- was a bit hesitant because my first order with highlights was a bit brassy. Way too dark!My color kit came with two formulas, one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. My root area turned out black, when it was suppose to be a chocolate brown color. Review on my recent purchase.I did not care for the color this time. I wanted to go a little lighter but this is just as dark. Also for some reason, I lost more hair than usual when rinsing out this color. Kind of scared me as I already have thin hair.
