Absolutely terrible colour, and I don’t know how to fix itNot even remotely close to what I had imagined or my natural colour. My ends are darker than my roots in a terrible cherry red. My roots are a lighter Cooper brown and lighter than my ends, but blotchy colour. The copper latched on to my front and the grey are now brown. But not a brown that is the same as my natural dark medium brown. There is nothing consistent, natural looking or close to an medium brown with some Cooper. The red given to touch up my ends is so unbelievably fake looking I haven’t had hair this bad since I started dying my hair in junior high. Blonde to copper is the real meI started with light golden blonde hair with medium blonde low lights. My current natural color is gray close to 7 -8 level colors. The copper mixture resulted in almost a medium brown with minimal copper highlights. That’s the brown color I grew up with. My color was quickly boosted with more copper and red tones. It looks so natural now. I just had a haircut and style. I was quizzed about my hair color and I told them I use Esalon. All of the colorists raved about the natural look of my color. They made no attempt to sell me a color treatment. Yea. Success. Year later update. I really like the color. What surprised me was that others liked it too. I have been stopped when grocery shopping by ladies I don't even know who compliment my hair color. One lady walked by and said your hair looks amazing. I love the color. I found it hard to believe a stranger would say that, but smiled and said thanks. My hair is getting drier since moving to Florida. I am now trying more moisture treatments. AWESOMEIt's the BEST experience that I ever had. The color doesn't have a strong smell and also, it doesn't BURN on your scalp. After coloring, the texture feels AMAZING!!! SO SOFT, and SMOOTH. my personal colourGood morning, I have received and used my new personal colour and all I can say is WOW, it is a gorgeous colour and I am delighted with it, my hair is the colour I absolutely wanted, it feels great, the box that was delivered was so nicely packed, everything I needed to do my hair, perfect. May I also add that although it did take longer than usual to arrive, giving these trying times, I am very happy that you gave me a credit towards my next purchase. Thank you. FabulousI was incredibly nervous to use this product as I have always gone into a salon to have my hair coloured. But, it turned out amazing ! I love it , perfect match colour and shine.
