First timer and love itIt came in so quick. I was nervous to try it and didn't have high expectations since I read some mixed reviews. But I love my hair color. It came out exactly how I wanted with no red tones and their instructions were perfect. I used to use Sally's but it was hard to pick the right color and get the results I wanted. LoveBest thing I have ever used on my hair. I always dye my own hair and this is truly amazing. I got an amazing color with shine and I don't smell like the at home kits. I get complimented on the color all the time! The process may seem like a lot of work but the results are worth it. Super convenient way to get hair colorThe packaging of the hair color kit is very well done. I've been coloring my hair for years using Revlon Colorsilk. The application was similar but I liked the addition of the brush and the stain remover. The color was a bit darker than I like, but I reported it to my colorist. We'll see how the next batch goes. Perfect ColorI love this company, I was very skeptical at first about the ability to match the color that I love. It was so easy to order and it was delivered very fast.
