matches my natural colorInitially I was skeptical about ordering hair color online. I have about 10% course grey hair and 90% dark brown. The formula that was blended for me was perfect.!! The grey looks like subtle highlights, which is the results I wanted. My hair is in great condition because of the low peroxide and wonderful shampoo and conditioner. My hair is wrecked for the next two plus weeksI used my first kit from e-salons and was very happy with the results. I just used my second kit and the results were shocking and horrible! I'm just waiting it out to fix the damage to my hair. I have cancelled any further products from this company and I am sure they will not refund me for the disaster of the recent product I used.
