Esalon is a great way to get top quality hair color with your own personal colorist! I had a little problem with the color on my end but, it was my fault. Ally, in customer service, diligently worked with me on the phone to correct it! I have all confidence in them to send the correct color. At the best price. And the highest quality product out there! Thank you!!!

I sent in a picture of my hair color and added a picture of what I would like. My colorist picked the perfect shade the first time. I have never had to adjust it. No more surprises at the local salon. I get the same shade every time!

I had asked for a lighter color without red tones and it was perfect! Just what I wanted, especially for the summer. I would like to have better gray coverage as the grays seem to pop out in a short amount of time.

Unlike store colors, this one is the best one I have ever had. It penetrates deep into the gray hair and your grays don’t show up again the next day. I love esalon because if your not happy with the color they’ll work with you to find the right one.
