Unbelievably good!For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. I was unhappy and they Fixed it Right awayI had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. HAIR FEELS AND SMELLS NICEMy 1st application my hair felt super soft, healthy and smelled very nicely.
