I was a bit nervous to begin with since the color was changed to light brown. I was expecting it to lighten my hair. But, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall color once applied. It was perfect, it looked very natural, unlike store bought hair colors. I'm so glad you tweaked the color a bit for me, I love it! It was easy to apply and it didn't have an awful odor to it. I have definitely found a new way to color my hair from now on. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I look forward to my next shipment. Thank you again for everything!!

I love my color. It fits the person that I am. Being a natural red head, rather than getting really grey the color fades with age. Now I am the bright red I used to be and am thrilled with this!

I couldn't be happier with the color or the service. My hair came out beautiful, it's the color I imagined, and it's so incredibly soft I can barely stop touching it! Why spend $150+ every month in the salon when you can get amazing color for so much less!
