Best decision!I bought my first kit about 3 years ago do to my back issues I was not able to go to the salon and sit for a long period of time. This option let me do things at my own pace and take breaks in between. I started going back to the salon a year ago, biggest mistake of my life! I don't understand why but esalons products made my hair so much healthier and soft so here I am again back to buy my own products and do it myself. Great products!!!I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Issues w covering grey hairHi thanks for your time reworking my custom color. Grey coverage an issue for me not sure if I need to be a shade lighter ? Typically color my hair “golden blonde” as most of my head is grey- this sides and my part are very noticeable between coloring. My experience is that Ash color does not jibe-turns my hair more dusky green -it’s a lot to ask but any suggestions are appreciated /thx 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
