Fades, wrong color, burns hairI ordered ONE single order to try. Now I just got an auto ship of another color kit and a $38 charge! This is the worst color I have ever used. It is RED and I said COOL/ASH. It faded out from brown to blond & burned my hair! Awful. Then they sent me a second color even after I complained. I sent it back. They still charged me $26 for the one I sent back that I did not order! This is a very shady company. fades easilyThe color fades easily after a week, is not hiding my grey hairs fully, after 3-4 times washing the color from the grey hair fades and I see my grey hairs again. I thought that I am not coloring correctly and tried the barber do the coloring and still no change. I would prefer going to salon to color my hair. I would like to stop the service and can't find the option under my portfolio. I have received the color set that was shipped to me last week but I am not going to use it. colorI really like E salon hair products. My hair must be changing its strength and stubborness. I need to have the entense color from now on. The last color I received didn't color well at all. I had to do something with 1 week. This is why i say my hair must be changing. lol. Keep up the good work, I try to let my friends and family know about your products. Very happy!I was really pleased with my colour; it got rid of my greys(mostly) and the gingery look my hair had! Was impressed with the free ends colour, it made quite a difference to my horrible ginger colour. I'm going to keep same colour for now and just do my roots to remove the grey growth.
