AmazingSo I was skeptical at first but the price was right if the color process went bad... but WOW to my surprise its the perfect color, the best gray coverage and it came with everything that i would need except extra gloves but I had some.... 99.9999% impressed with eSalon and will continue future purchases. Great product!I use to use box dye from shoppers and my hair dresser told me about esalon. The first time I used it, it faded a bit (but my hair was going from light to dark). Second time I dyed it, the colour held! Covers grey hair too. Easy to use! Left on too long?The instructions caused my stylist to leave the color on for what I believe is an extra 15 minutes. She paused after the first 15 minutes to work on another customer, left my color on for 15 minutes, then mixed the developer and put the color on for another 15 minutes. I read the instructions to mean NO additional 15 minutes in the middle: 20 minutes for the first bottle, which included 5 minutes to mix the second bottle with its developer, and then immediate application of the second bottle for 15 minutes.
