Wrong color formulaI asked to go lighter and it darkened my hair color. I’m ready to call it quits if they can’t get the color right. Great service and resultsRecieved my root & ends colour, really happy with the results, colour has depth no spillage, no itching whilst colour was in progress, no dryness after washing, very natural looking results. Amazing colorHello, I wanted to get rid of my gray and have some pizazz (sp?) again. I am not all gray but mostly framed around my face. Instead of following instructions from esalon to do my gray hair first I do it last! This results in my hair looking highlighted without the expense and fuss! Fades and low coverageWhen new on the colour is perfect, but it fades after only a few washes. It didn't cover the pre coloured strip of dark colour in my hair which I wasn't surprised about and they did send me a complimentary darker colour to try again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Demi permanent-soft blackI absolutely loved all the packaging, the custom shade was great, but this was my first time using a demi permanent, so maybe im just unsure of how long a demi should last, but the very first time I washed my hair, 3 days after colouring, I was almost back to the colour my hair was before coloring. I used the rest of the shampoo/conditioner that came with my kit, and only used mildly warm water. By the 2nd shampoo, the colour was completely gone from my hair. Took a chance and so glad I did!I'm so glad I took a chance and tried eSalon. I love getting "good" mail and the color fights my grays. The box is adorable and I do love that handy sticker they include (hey, it's the small things in life!). My before and after is huge. My hair is so soft and shiny after I color it. Thank you eSalon. Order not receivedI still haven’t received my order. This is the second order I was forced to place, as the company withdrew the money and claimed it had already been shipped, so I was no longer able to cancel it.
