Worst thing ever!I have no idea what Im going to do! I had strawberry blonde like hair. I wanted to lighten it and add some color to it. Girl, it is egg plant purple. I have followed instructions exactly as they were given. The only way to fix it is to have it professionally done. I can't afford that!. Im looking into what my legal charges. Perfect!I honestly never review these sorts of things but my colour is perfect. It's exactly what I wanted and was so easy to do. I'm so pleased! AmazingSo I was skeptical at first but the price was right if the color process went bad... but WOW to my surprise its the perfect color, the best gray coverage and it came with everything that i would need except extra gloves but I had some.... 99.9999% impressed with eSalon and will continue future purchases. Great product!I use to use box dye from shoppers and my hair dresser told me about esalon. The first time I used it, it faded a bit (but my hair was going from light to dark). Second time I dyed it, the colour held! Covers grey hair too. Easy to use!
