Loved it!I was sketchy at first trying it but once I did it, it was exactly what I wanted and been looking for! Every time in the past when I tried to get this look, my hair turned darker and darker. This actually got me closer to my natural hair colour plus it lightend it up a bit to my liking! Almost perfextI’ve ordered this product multiple times. One of the best things about this color is it’s drying power. Even when it fades it looks great! Objectively, the color is not consistent every time. I understand that this is a custom order and it’s hard to achieve that 100% of the time. I’d like to see that change if in the future if possible. Great match, great website for newbie!I had never colored my hair before, but was starting to look washed out with gray hair. The instructions and website were very educational and easy to follow. My daughter said that they matched my hair perfectly and I feel and look younger. I am getting better at brushing the color, but this was the hardest part for me. The 2nd and 3rd time I colored my hair (root touch ups), my hair had a gummy feel to it.
