Never lost so much hair...Positive: The final result is good, good gray coverage. Negative: I didn’t find easy to apply in the back of my head. The product irritated my eyes when I was blending the color, I had to skip this step because the smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. But the worst part was the amount of hair I lost. 4x more than I usually lose when I dye my hair. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this product. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Unbelievably good!For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. I was unhappy and they Fixed it Right awayI had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product.
