One word, FABULOUS! So easy. I sent in a picture and eSalon got my color PERFECT! If you are a natural redhead, you know it is hard to get your color right. No hints of maroons, pinks, or oranges (Yes, I've had these colors from my professional hair colorist!) I LOVE ESALON! A CUSTOMER FOREVER!

Best home hair color experience.

Usually it takes a week of conditioning and a haircut to recover from a home color attempt. I experienced none of the drastic damage that I come to expect when doing a color at home. This was a fantastic experience.

Great color

I am a blonde turning gray/white. Finding a color to blend this mix and still look natural without an orange blonde cast to it has been difficult until I tried, at the recommendation of a friend, eSalon. With their help I feel I have found the perfect solution.
