amazingly easy to follow directionsI appreciate the chance to communicate with a specialist regarding my wants, expectations and concerns while deciding on a color fit for me. I was nervous about being able to apply correctly but the kit included very easy to follow directions including pictures and the to do videos on the website. A Loyal CustomerBeen a customer for a year now and I must share how happy I am. The product is awesome and nothing I have ever used in the past compares to the results I now have. I have never received as many compliments on my hair since I have been coloring it myself. BEST EVERThis is an absolute must. You'll never go back to your previous regimen, even with your stylist. I've never had color last this amazing amount of time. Covers my stubborn gray COMPLETELY. i was very unhappy with the color.I wanted a light strawberry blonde and I received a reddish mahogoney color. I am very unhappy. Maybe I wasn't correct in my choice but still very unhappy. i will use a medium blonde in 2 weeks to see if I can soften the color., if not I will go to a professional salon. Did not cover gray's at allFirst, there's seems to be alot of steps for this product. It smells, i would suggest adding a fragrance. I followed directions thoroughly because I wanted to make sure my grays were covered. However it did not do a thing. The next day I found even more grays. Will not reorder, disappointed.
