i was very unhappy with the color.I wanted a light strawberry blonde and I received a reddish mahogoney color. I am very unhappy. Maybe I wasn't correct in my choice but still very unhappy. i will use a medium blonde in 2 weeks to see if I can soften the color., if not I will go to a professional salon. Did not cover gray's at allFirst, there's seems to be alot of steps for this product. It smells, i would suggest adding a fragrance. I followed directions thoroughly because I wanted to make sure my grays were covered. However it did not do a thing. The next day I found even more grays. Will not reorder, disappointed. The color was absolutely perfect. Looked amazingly natural on an older woman.I am 75 years old but my husband does not want me to go gray. I have always been a brunette, and I have noticed how obviously dyed dark hair looks on a person who would presumably be gray by now, especially where texture is involved. Amazing, long lasting colourI had read about esalon and as I’d been struggling to find the colour I wanted I thought I would give it a go. I’ve been a customer about 7 months now and could not be happier. I’ve been able to tweak the colour with my stylist and have the perfect shade I am always being complimented on. So easy and I loved the instructionsEsalon is a GREAT experience. I didn't know what to expect, as I have been coloring my own hair for years, but I thought I'd give it a try.
