Perfect colour, perfect to handleThis colour is just the best colour ever. It smells SO good, stings only a little in the eyes when applying. My hair feels alive after colouring, not as flat and dead as after using drugstore colours. It is shiny, and the whole process of colouring is such a pleasurable experience thanks to the many parts of the package: TWO pairs of gloves! Stain remover that ACTUALLY removes stains! AmazingI love the color I get from esalon! I used to use the boxes dues from the Wal-Mart in between salon visits since it was cheaper but they just don't cover all my grey. Still not quite right.I have tweeked the hair color 2 times since the original order, and I just can't seem to get it right. the staff was prompt and chain doing changes no questions asked. they always sent me a note saying hey this is what we did how do you like it what's going on so their response their comments and their helpfulness is helping me decide what realistic-looking color I want. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
