Extremely dry, brassyI’ve been use eSalon for over 2 years and have always been satisfied. I’ve noticed the last two times I’ve dyed my hair how dry and brassy it becomes. I dyed my hair almost a week after I received my last shipment. I noticed right away my hair was really dry. 4 weeks later and it’s really brassy red. I’m normally very satisfied with my hair color but my hair feels like straw and I’m not using anything different on my hair to make it so. A little disappointedI thought it would be more red. I have very thin hair and it didn't do well with the darker hair underneath. It started washing out in just a few weeks. I had streaks of gray. but even though I was disappointed in the color, ( I wanted a light red, sorta strawberry blonde ) everyone said it looked nice. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Fantastic Customer ServiceNot realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. New to dyeing?I've never dyed my hair before but the grey's have finally got the better of me.
