The Best Hair Color!!!!Someone asked me not long ago, what was my natural hair color? Then kind of laughed when I said- I don’t know anymore??? That’s how long it’s been I have been coloring my hair.. I have never used anything as great as ESalons Hair Color!!! I think it’s even better than when I’ve gone to the Salon to have Hair colored! I have never had Color last as long as ESalons, or stay as Vibrant! The first time I was shocked, thought maybe a fluke??? But, it happened again,& again. I have changed my color,& there was a mistake made that I was not happy with,( before I colored). I emailed customer service & I actually received a phone call, which I found amazing! She fixed the problem, and kept a customer... That’s impressive! I totally recommend ESalon, the products are high quality, Customer Service is High Quality. You also are in control of your color,& how often you want it. You can change what you want about it, which is great, it’s personalized for you, want it a little blonder, write it in your message to your colorist. Your in control, but they know what to do to help and advise!! It’s a perfect match!!! Great CoverageI love the coverage provided by this product. It was a little too dark but that was my fault in providing the exact color needed which is difficult to do and not the fault of e-Salon. Not the color I wantedThis is my second time using eSalon. First time was great, the color that I got was a little darker than the color I wanted but I still liked it. Second time, I thought I was going to get the same color because I didn't change anything, but I got a totally different color, it is more like a light brown. It is not red nor copper. Resistant grayI absolutely love my color and the way my hair feels, however, I have spots of gray hairs where the color just won’t take.
