Too darkGood morning, I was not happy with the color, it was way darker then I expected. I thought I had relayed this and asked that my membership be cancelled. However, I just checked my credit card statement and see that another shipment is on it's way for over $27. Please let me know how to return the item for a full refund. Please cancel my membership. PerfectMy color turned out exactly to be exactly what I wanted, even better than when I paid $200 at the salon. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The most difficult part was applying color to the back of my head, which was much easier once I enlisted the help of my boyfriend.
