I thought I was supposed to get the color I asked forI was so excited because it arrived quickly, the packaging was amazing and felt personal. I guess BECAUSE it was personal I was expecting the dark red I asked for. But my hair barely got any red in it. I tried it the second time around & it went away completely. Wasn’t crazy about my color this time.I’ve been getting my hair colored there for almost a year now, and this is the first time I’ve noticed a lot of orange.
