Unpleasant

The color is beautiful. However, it is two Shades Darker. I wanted to go two shades lighter. I have sent then company for emails and placed two phone calls to them. I have had no return calls and no luck communicating via email. I also put my orders on hold which, did not work. They charged me another fee and sent out another order. I had to go back in cancel all future orders and call my bank. I lost a lot of hair using this product which I lose hair when I color however, not this much hair. My hair felt really well nicely condition and the color is beautiful it just is not the color I wanted and in a little concerned about the hair loss. Would love to speak to someone if they could call me or get back to me that would be great. I don't normally leave bad reviews and when I do I always try to include some positivity however, I'm not having any luck with eSalon and everyone that I have referred to them has had a great experience. I will continue to refer people however, I will no longer be purchasing until I can fix the issue with my very first order. I'm stuck with a hair color that is two Shades Darker when I wanted to go two shades lighter and according to the activity on my account I'll be receiving another shipment of the same color.

Wrong color

I ordered a color that was very visibly copper red however what I received had the correct label but my hair is just very dark brown. I've tried to contact the company to resolve this issue but unfortunately nobody has responded to me.

After 3 tries, we DID IT! I LOVE IT!

We were trying to get my hair color back to the color it was when I was MUCH younger. Every time I'd color it the new color, my husband would say, "It's too DARK!" NOW, he is HAPPY and SATISFIED. It only took 3 tries, but it's GOOD! The others were GREAT, too, but my husband wanted it back to where it was when I was 47 years younger... the years we've been married... :-) I LOVE IT! MY HUSBAND LOVES IT! Thank you, e-Salon!!!!

I have been a faithful customer for years! The reason is clear, the products at eSalon are high quality, their prices are reasonable, and it's shipped right to my door!
