Wasn’t crazy about my color this time.I’ve been getting my hair colored there for almost a year now, and this is the first time I’ve noticed a lot of orange. Mix was a bit offI absolutely love the way the hair color makes my hair feel. It feels super healthy, looks shiny and I love that aspect. That being said the initial color swatch I clicked on said violet and there was no violet in my initial mix. Lots of mahogany though, and my hair takes to red really easily so it’s very red. My stylist consulted with me and we altered the color a bit so it has some violet undertones now but it’s still way too red. After a few washes, after my second batch of color, a lot of the violet undertones have disappeared and we’re back to the mahogany. UnpleasantThe color is beautiful. However, it is two Shades Darker. I wanted to go two shades lighter. I have sent then company for emails and placed two phone calls to them. I have had no return calls and no luck communicating via email. I also put my orders on hold which, did not work. They charged me another fee and sent out another order. I had to go back in cancel all future orders and call my bank. I lost a lot of hair using this product which I lose hair when I color however, not this much hair. My hair felt really well nicely condition and the color is beautiful it just is not the color I wanted and in a little concerned about the hair loss. Would love to speak to someone if they could call me or get back to me that would be great. I don't normally leave bad reviews and when I do I always try to include some positivity however, I'm not having any luck with eSalon and everyone that I have referred to them has had a great experience. I will continue to refer people however, I will no longer be purchasing until I can fix the issue with my very first order. I'm stuck with a hair color that is two Shades Darker when I wanted to go two shades lighter and according to the activity on my account I'll be receiving another shipment of the same color. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Wrong colorI ordered a color that was very visibly copper red however what I received had the correct label but my hair is just very dark brown. I've tried to contact the company to resolve this issue but unfortunately nobody has responded to me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
