Not the color I wantedThis is my second time using eSalon. First time was great, the color that I got was a little darker than the color I wanted but I still liked it. Second time, I thought I was going to get the same color because I didn't change anything, but I got a totally different color, it is more like a light brown. It is not red nor copper. Resistant grayI absolutely love my color and the way my hair feels, however, I have spots of gray hairs where the color just won’t take. Hair 2 different colorsI got my order tonight and I was so excited. I enlisted the help of a friend and we followed the instructions to a T. The first application to my roots didn't change the shade of my hair at all. The second application made the rest of my hair quite red. Did not receive productI did not receive a product last month. I see you charged me but I told you to cancel and did not provide a change of address because I did not expect to receive anything from you. Where is order if I was charged? From gray to a great blondeEasy and shiny and healthy looking, tried going gray and disliked it. I reached out to eSalon as I have for years and ordered a color and sent photo and my color specialist mixed the a beautiful color. Where I had gray looks like I have highlights. I thought I was supposed to get the color I asked forI was so excited because it arrived quickly, the packaging was amazing and felt personal. I guess BECAUSE it was personal I was expecting the dark red I asked for. But my hair barely got any red in it. I tried it the second time around & it went away completely.
