Colour initially too dark, then washed out very quickly.My custom colour turned out a very artificial looking dark brunette with red tones, it was meant to be a 'natural golden dark brown' - the golden tones that I did see were through any white hair that I have, these came out much lighter than the rest of my hair - so they looked like highlights amongst the rest of my hair which was very dark. It washed out extremely quickly - within three washes with gentle shampoo it had faded significantly. I contacted customer services about the issues I was having, and they did offer to send the next colour free of charge - but since it washed out so quickly I decided not to continue. The Color is to darkAfter I asked eSalon to adjust to lighter color, i received the order. The quality of the Color is Great. Great grey cover and Long lasting. But the Color seemes to be darker than the previous one. So i am not really happy :/ 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not what I was hoping forI'm a natural medium blonde. The picture I sent showed it. I wanted to blend my roots better. My roots turned out red. I followed the wash through instructions and the rest of the color was darker but the reddish hue was not good. I stripped some of the color with clarifying shampoo and vitamin C. Rich color and grey hair no more!All your questions answered and your best interests in mind. Gentle Hair Color with Lasting resultsI have been using eSalon hair color products for over 2yrs now. The hair coloring product, has good, lasting coverage and my hair is silky immediately.
