Not as good as I was hopingUnfortunately, my White hairs turned very light Brown (on dark Brown hairs) and There is no violet even a reflect. IT TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE, THE PRODUCT DOESNT LAST SO AT LEAST IT FADED IN 3 WKSDONT DO IT! DONT BE TEMPTED!! This product turned my hair orange. I am not kidding, my neighbor's 9 year old daughter said " Aunt Karen, why did you dye your hair orange?"----Out of the mouths of babes. I don't know what tempted me to stray away for Loreal after ten years but don't make the same mistake I did. When I wrote the company they gave no refund, no helpful hints, they just agreed to discontinued the regular repeat orders!! I washed my hair once to twice a day for 19 days and it had faded significantly. But man did I lose the hair. I would estimate my hair is at least 50% thinner than before I used this product. Fortunately I was able to use my Loreal again and my hair is back to normal. (color wise not thickness)! NO SPECIAL COLORIST just for me, NO REFUND, NO EMPATHY, NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. They could not have cared less when I wrote them! AGAIN PLEASE DONT BE TEMPTED TO TRY or you will CRY like I did for several days. Worst part, I had just started a new job!!!!! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Not satisfiedI was excited to try this product but I was sadly disappointed. The product dried my hair out something horrible. The colour I was expecting to see when my hair dried wasn't there either. Over all I am far from happy and satisfied. My new colorI definitely have found a new color! My color is not turning brassy as it has with other products (the same stylist for 20 years and Madison Reed).
