Color is okay; could be betterThe color on the main part of my hair (not the roots) is too dark. This is the first time I've been provided a color for this area. The final result is darker than my natural color. The color of my roots seems fine. I realize this could be partly due to how long it takes me to apply all the color because my hair is curly and down to the middle of my back. Best Purchase EVER!OMGosh!! Was not really sure about ordering hair color online...I am SO glad I took the chance!!! Super-cute box delivered to my door first off. Second, Everything, and I mean everything was very easy to understand and follow. I have been coloring my hair on/off for about 33 year. I have used some products that claim this that or the other but didn't quite measure up or left my hair really badly damaged. The eSalon color was exactly the shade I expected. The process was easy. I love my color!!I started coloring my hair at age 38, (60 now) and I am auburn with very long hair. I didn't have the patience or the money to spend at a salon. So over the years I have purchased every hair color and I learned how to mix colors to try to get the auburn that looked natural and then had to adjust colors a little for winter and summer. It was always a challenge to get what I want, so when eSalon came along I was excited to try it, now I count on it and love my color and the consistency in which I get my system.
