Hair conditionI believe I have commented on this before. For as long as I have used your products I have loved the color and the condition of my hair,eventually. The condition the first week after the process is difficult, this past order the worst it has been. When rinsing the product out my hair it feels like clumps of stiff straw, I use all of the shampoo and all of the conditioner in the kit to wash my hair. This time it did not help in the least. In all I had to wash my hair 5 times, 3 the first day and twice the next, before there was any release at all. I believe in the quality of your product this should NOT happen at all, it's tremendously discouraging. The question of, "What happened to your hair???????" Dye lasted only 2 weeksWhen I did my hair (with a friend because I cannot see without my glasses) I loved the color. It was great, the formula was great. Normally color burns etc. this didn't. However a week and a half in I noticed color started to fade. I am probably now 3 weeks almost 4. And it is the brassy version of red. You know when you go blonde and if you dont use purple shampoo it kinda goes brassy? It is like that but with red. Otherwise everything was amazing would give it 5 it stayed longer.
