My first ever hair coloringI received in May and then procrastinated until 8/24/19. I was nervous about doing this myself. My guy helped with the back and what a wonderful feeling to see the perfect results. I love my shiny pretty hair. I am thrilled with the results. Great ColorI had highlights I was ready to get rid of. I purchased this color a little nervous about whether or not it would totally cover my highlights. A filler was added to my order and explained that it would return color to the bleached hair. Then there is an overall color that would be put on next. I love the formula, but....I have thick hair and found that this wasn’t enough for me to coat my whole head. The color was exactly what I asked and I love it! The only thing would be the amount I have in the kit because I have some patchy spots.. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

NOT SATISFIEDHair looks horrible! Gray roots 10 times lighter than rest of hair. Followed directions start to finish. The color of my roots is pinkish while the rest is the correct color I am looking for. It is eggplant color. I'm not at all happy with it. My 50th Class Reunion is in less than 3 weeks. WaxinesI've been using this product for long enough now that I know the results are always waxy! I used redkin color gels before and never had this problem. The last time I washed, I am not exaggerating that I had to wash a dozen times (including using baking soda to absorb oils) to get the awful greasy feeling out of my hair and it still was not working. Now my grays are back and I am not technically due for a color for weeks. I have stuck with it and followed instructions to give this the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not happy. Fantastic!I've used my customized color set twice now and my hair looks amazing! The color is so rich and my hair is shinny. The color is gorgeous. I love that you have your own color expert to consult with as well. No more box colors or going to Sally's and guessing.
