Great Color!I didn't know what to expect when ordering a color online. At first, I was a little nervous, but after having done the strand test, and loving it, I decided to go ahead and color all my hair. The color my colorist sent me was dark blonde, and it's so beautiful and natural! I love it! I get compliments all the time!Red is a difficult color to match, but due to your caring attitude, speedy communication and patience, I was able to get the color that is me, so thank you! Anytime I needed to switch my delivery dates a bit, y'all have been quick, and it's great not having to go to the store to buy my hair color, or go to the salons and the pay insane amount of money for my massive head of hair. It's been almost a year, and with just a couple of adjustments, I have been completely satisfied with eSalon. I'll continue to order my hair color from you. Shout out to the colorist, Jennifer B. How did you know the perfect color for me?Using a grocery store product, I colored my hair a couple of times at home about 15 years ago. The best you could say was the results looked fine from a distance. I've been going to a salon since then. I colored my hair today with your custom set. Wow! I'm really happy with the results! The color is very natural, and my hair is smooth and lustrous. Since it was my first time with your products, I was unnecessarily obsessive. I know it will be easier next time. GoodI liked the organized box, the 2 sets of gloves. I like the color, I might add a little more of the neutralizer blue to tone down the copper coming through. There are some coppery highlights when the light hits it. Also, in the directions it tells you to do roots first and wait 15 min. Then do your ends, then 10 more minutes. I did this on my blonde grown out hair and I have a line where I applied the first roots, which is half my hair, and then the lighter highlights growing out. I wish I could have just applied the color to the whole head and maybe I wouldn't have such a line. Overall I am pleased. I hope it lasts. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
