LOVE!I was skeptical, but I must say that I really love everything about this color/concept. I am totally on board after my first coloring. SplotchyI have been going to a salon for years getting my hair colored, I had a friend (who’s a licensed cosmetologist) help me with my color. Show me how to do it at home since she’s moving. The smell was unlike any other hair color. It made me tear up constantly it was so strong and foul smelling. And after following the directions after I blow dried my hair was splotchy and the roots were not colored at all. colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them. Two-tones.So I tried esalon for the first time & am not overjoyed with the results. The color for my roots is a totally different color from the rest. The 2nd color is a bright red but the 1st (roots) is more of a brown. So, my overall color is Two-tone. So, let's just say I'm less than 100% happy. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
