Awesome productI colored my hair for the first time with this brand today and I LOVE the color that was customized for me. Directions were easy to follow and my hair feels softer using this color then it ever has with the store dyes I have used in the past. Custom Colour Set.I love esalon and their custom colours set they prepare for you. I don’t know how they do it but they always get it right. They are always there for whatever changes you would like to make. I asked for more copper and golden tones to be added and it’s fantastic. I’m really so pleased at the quality of the colours they supply,my hair feels fantastic afterwards and more importantly looks fantastic!! Unlike some of the salon colours I’ve had not to mention the expense and the home colours never turned out like I wanted them too. Give it a try I was skeptic at first but I’m so glad I did. TerribleThe day before I was to stand in my nieces wedding, I colored my hair with your product which basically messed up my hair. If I wanted it to be messed up I could have gone to a real salon and had them do it! BAD PRODUCT. TEMPORARY COLOR. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGING ON MY CREDIT CARD!I did not order this on 8/14/2019 as they indicate- that is fraudulent. Well I thought i would try a new hair product on 3/18/2019 and they said they would send me two months for the price of one to try them. Then I started to get one after another each month without any order from me! All to my surprise. They did not send any contact info with the order! I searched through my email accounts and could find no emails I do not know what/if they ever sent me one but I was unable to locate it. Bottom line I have all these product which i would not have reordered on my own due to it not being very good to begin with. I have finally located the company and I will see if they handel this respectfully by accepting the product and refunding my card. I will keep you posted.
