colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them. Two-tones.So I tried esalon for the first time & am not overjoyed with the results. The color for my roots is a totally different color from the rest. The 2nd color is a bright red but the 1st (roots) is more of a brown. So, my overall color is Two-tone. So, let's just say I'm less than 100% happy. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hair lossI've been using this product for years and I'm now convinced that it's the root to my damaged hair and hair loss. My hair is literally falling out in chunks from the damage. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Best hair color I’ve ever hadI was surprised how well my esalon colorist mixed the right color for me, just from my preferences and a photo I uploaded. After my first try, I went to a salon for a trim and the stylist was amazed. She couldn’t believe I had applied it myself. People can’t tell that I touch up my roots every 6-8 weeks.
