LOVE!I was skeptical, but I must say that I really love everything about this color/concept. I am totally on board after my first coloring. SplotchyI have been going to a salon for years getting my hair colored, I had a friend (who’s a licensed cosmetologist) help me with my color. Show me how to do it at home since she’s moving. The smell was unlike any other hair color. It made me tear up constantly it was so strong and foul smelling. And after following the directions after I blow dried my hair was splotchy and the roots were not colored at all. colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge.
