Eh, barely changed my undyed colorWanted to lighten my red hair a bit, I've done this years ago with store boxes, no problem! Expected the same and was disappointed. Changed my mindAt the very 1st I didn't like the product. In the shower and the first 2 days my hair seemed drier then normal. But now that a couple of days have gone by my hair actually looks and feels better then it has in a long time. The color is a little more red then I care for but other then that I just love it. It has depth and covers the gray so much better then the box kind. It looks a lot more natural then it has in a long time. Best color and hopeful suggestionI've been a client for a few years. I absolutely love my color and always get tons of compliments. Here's my dilemma... I wish you guys would sell messy bun extensions (real hair would be awesome) that I could esalon in my shade of red. I can't find one that matches my color. Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. After following the steps provided word for word the top of my head (roots) is blonde while the lengths of my hair is copper blonde (which was the goal color) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not happyMy hair didn’t look much different then before I colored it I followed instructions to the letter and it really didn’t look that good not much change and it washed out within weeks I’m not happy I’ve got better results with pharmacy colors.
