Best color and hopeful suggestionI've been a client for a few years. I absolutely love my color and always get tons of compliments. Here's my dilemma... I wish you guys would sell messy bun extensions (real hair would be awesome) that I could esalon in my shade of red. I can't find one that matches my color. Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. After following the steps provided word for word the top of my head (roots) is blonde while the lengths of my hair is copper blonde (which was the goal color) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not happyMy hair didn’t look much different then before I colored it I followed instructions to the letter and it really didn’t look that good not much change and it washed out within weeks I’m not happy I’ve got better results with pharmacy colors. Wanted more mahogany/copper brown-flat color no shineThe process was super long and all of the effort to wash it out was ridiculous. It took numerous rinses to make my hair just feel normal. The color is a flat brown, no reds shown through, and my roots are a different color all together. I will have to have my hair professionally fixed. I have never disliked my hair this much in a very very long time. It's not shiny and extremely dry too. I have had to purchase a deep moisturizing mask for my hair just to manage it. I am just not pleased at all with the results. The kit was nice- presentation was great, directions clear, and ease of the order etc... just not the results. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wrong colorI have med. brown hair and for many years I been coloring it awesome reds! I told these people I’m a true brown but color red, my color they sent me, it made me dark brown 🤬 I wanted my formula to be a red color!!!
