Nice if they actually responded to any of my requestsThe color is pretty good. It is as expected and the quality is good. However, if you want to alter your color, you have to get hold of your "personal whomever". Yeah...they don't exist or could care less that you need help. Never hear back from anyone. EVER. So...went to Sally's and have figured it out on my own. Bummer though. I liked the convenience and consistency of the product. But if you like to change it up, there is no real easy way.
