Dark!My hair looks dark! I wanted my hair to turn out lighter ( I wanted the red tones to show) I put that in my notes, before I got the product. I even sent a picture so my colorist could see how dark my hair was and she could know how much lighter I wanted my hair to get. It looks like my colorist didn’t read the notes because the color came out dark red. I wanted the red to show even when indoors! Not satisfied at all! I would like for my color to be lighter so that that red would show, even when I’m inside. My kids even said, “it looks the same!!” Ugh! Very good productI love that it lasts longer than any other product I ever used even the dyes at the professional salon! I’m so in love with it because I don’t have to retouch my roots as often and I have a lot of grays .
