Color is beautiful, website and ordering experience- horrible.One star for the website (tries to force you into scheduled shipments over and over, constantly offers unwanted products, not user friendly, had to contact customer support for assistance with changes that needed to be made). Great colour!Only reason I dropped the rating is because it’s too much just for roots. I have used before and kept it to use later only find it burst out causing stains on the bathroom. ❤️ love, love love!!My previous do it yourself color projects were always a disaster. Not so with Esalons! The color is absolutely perfect! Color turned out amazingWith the exception of the slight red tint at my roots I love the color. I did it by myself and it was easier than I thought it would be. Instructions made it super simple. Beautiful ColorI have to admit I was sceptical. Based on my cousins suggestion (who's hair is almost the same color as mine) I ordered your product. It turned out just a little darker than I usually wear but it will lighten in the sun. Your mixologist are amazing that they can get this close to my natural color by just a photo. My 1 complaint would be that I barely had enough product to complete my hair. Orange is not flatteringThis color was very warm in a very unflattering way. Lots of reddish tones, which I had noted was my biggest concern. I also did the light set, which came out in a very unflattering orange tone. I emailed eSalon but no one has contacted me regarding my ugly hair. Update: I was contacted by my colorist to try and remedy the situation. She is sending free: tint rinse for the brassiness and a new highlight kit. I will try it again!
