Color Didn't TakeI was so excited about this personalized hair color. I followed the directions step by step, but instead of a light blonde my hair came out pretty much the same color with a red-ish tint. I have never known my hair to have any red in it so I don't know how this happened. Good colorI really like my color and gave it 4 stars. The only hiccup I had is in my side burn area of my hair line. The color seemed not to last through a couple of washes and the gray began to show. I only colored roots so had really applied a lot to all root areas. Bummed OutI did the test first w/o incident, but when I did my whole head I had an abnormal amount of redness, itching and a burning sensation that lasted well after I washed it. I used the skin protector along the hairline etc. I’m afraid there is something that doesn’t agree with my skin. I’m really disappointed and not quite sure what to do. This is great!Ok, so I have been dyeing my hair for about 35 yrs. I have used box dye & have been going to my hair pro for about the last ten. I was tired of being charged something different every time I colored my hair & I found the same thing to be true at few different salons. I thought I’d take a leap of faith & try eSalon. Let me tell you, it is great! The order came on time, directions were clear & the color was spot on.
