Second time and still not happyI really really wanted to like this product. In fact even after not getting the results I wanted the first time I tried again. I loved how a colorist called me to see what we could do to get the results I wanted. And while the color is better, I cannot get over the nasty feel of my hair. It is not soft like it usually is when I use other products and my hair feels like it has a thick coating on it. It almost feels greasy yet dry at the same time. Soooooooo much plastic and dry hairThe colour seems OK but it's really dried out my hair even though I only did the ends for the last 5 minutes. I had to use my own shampoo and conditioner after the ones provided to get the knots out! However I was pretty shocked at the amount of plastic in the packaging - everything in sachets, then in plastic tray... one of the reasons I won't buy again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
