DullHi there, I colored my hair according to the instructions but I did forget to wrap my hair, sorry, I don't like the color maybe I am just used to my brighter tone with a little more refresh to the color but this is way too dull it is not shinny at all. It's soft but the color is not what I expected and it did not cover the grey very well. It could be too that I just take too much medications, I take quite a few,at least 10 different ones.I thinkI will cancel my account with esalon as of today 9-17-2019 Thank you for allowing me to try you product, maybe when I can get off of most of my meds I can be allowed to rejoin. No fading!!!!Yes, my roots are beginning to appear, but my color is still true!1 And no brassiness!! I have been so pleased. Am not going to have to color as often, and my hair looks and feels so healthy. Had breast cancer 3 years ago and the treatments left my hair in a mess. This has been such a blessing!!! Love it already.I love the simplicity of this. The packaging is awesome and laid out well. The product is easy to use. Other products have burned my scalp but I am thrilled to say that I had absolutely had no adverse reaction at all. The color is perfect and gave much better coverage than my previous brand.
