Awful first time experienceI specifically gave instructions stating what i wanted and sent photo. Received a color that had nothing to do with what i wanted !! I look like morticia from the adams family ! Cant afford to get it corrected at hair stylist so i have to let esalon correct their awful mistake. Oh if only i had money i would definitely go to a professional !! I have never received a color expert resolution as per Johnny V. Response . Esalon was unwilling to do anything to help correct their mistake except to give me a credit for my first order. wow $17.00 dollars to correct a $400 mistake. As i stated before if i could afford to go to a professional i would but i cannot therefore i have no choice but to allow esalon to correct this awful color !!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wrong Color after applicationOn my photos I posted the picture of how my hair color came up. The roots are blonde and the rest of the hair is brown.
