Great At home colorI love my color, comes out great every time. Great service and color for the regular monthly delivery .Stay away from the toner, I used the suggested color of toner, and it's the color of a carrot. I'll be spending my New Year's shampooing over and over hoping I can leave the house without humiliation tomorrow. I notice toner is not even available to review, so my guess is they know it. I'll continue getting the regular delivery of color as I've been using it for a few years and love it. DisappointedVery disappointed. I got NO blonde, just took away what blonde I already had. It came out a grayish muddy color that was drab and dull, and the ugliest color I would NEVER hope to have. I hope it's ok to recolor right now, because that's what I'm going to do, as I will not be out in public with this crappy color. I was hoping it was gonna be great. But not even close. Medium blonde.
