No fading!!!!Yes, my roots are beginning to appear, but my color is still true!1 And no brassiness!! I have been so pleased. Am not going to have to color as often, and my hair looks and feels so healthy. Had breast cancer 3 years ago and the treatments left my hair in a mess. This has been such a blessing!!! Love it already.I love the simplicity of this. The packaging is awesome and laid out well. The product is easy to use. Other products have burned my scalp but I am thrilled to say that I had absolutely had no adverse reaction at all. The color is perfect and gave much better coverage than my previous brand. personalized serviceI got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots.
