I am in love with my hair color and the process. The website is very easy to use and I get a stunning result with every order I get. The stylists are great and really listen to the changes you’d like to make should you even need any. I recommend esalon dye to everyone I know

I love it! It is close to my original but it is redder. Everyone thinks that it is my real hair and is shocked! I never have anything bad to say about anything with this company. Everything is perfect!

I was worried color wouldnt cover my white hairs, but it did. Color was just as good as the salon. Waiting to see how it holds up.

I was terrified to try this. My colorist absolutely nailed my color! It was easy to do and came out exactly like my hair color. If you're on the fence about trying it, go for it. You won't be sorry!

Missing items and missing results

Not a huge fan. I expected so much more. 1. Glove was missing. 2. My gray wasn’t completely covered. 3. The color was much darker than I wanted. 4. The instructions were overly complicated
